A New Look store is due to close this week.
On Wednesday the struggling clothing giant will close its Calverley Road store in Tunbridge Wells.
Earlier this year New Look announced it could close two of its 20 Kent stores to get a stronger financial footing.
Stores in Maidstone and Ramsgate faced the chop - but Tunbridge Wells did not appear on the list of 60 stores nationwide that were facing closure back in March.
At the time of the list's publication, New Look executive chairman Alistair McGeorge said: "Given our challenged trading performance and over-rented UK store estate, we are having to take tough but necessary actions to reduce our fixed cost base and restore long-term profitability.
"A priority for us is to keep all potentially affected colleagues informed during this difficult time."
Regarding the Tunbridge Wells store, a New Look spokesperson said the company did not comment on individual closures.
