Having recently announced the acquisition of a new gym in Tunbridge Wells, Nuffield Health is now inviting members and the public to meet experts to discuss health and well-being.

It is giving people the opportunity to discover information about their own health and how to improve on it.

This is the first in a series of 'Meet our Experts' events being held by Nuffield Health at the gym in Knightspark Leisure Park.

During the event, guests from the local area will be introduced to health experts, enabling them to find out about the ways in which they can work with them to improve their health and well-being, set targets, achieve goals and manage diet.

At the free session being held today there will be opportunities to take part in a snap-shot health MOT, receive mini-consultations, consider personal training and gain valuable advice.
