Police appeal after horse's mane and tail cut in field off Broomhill Road, Tunbridge Wells

A police appeal has been launched after a horse's mane and tail were cut short in a field in Tunbridge Wells.
The incident is said to have happened on land off Broomhill Road between 4pm on Wednesday, March 23 and 12.30pm the following day.
