One half of Winter Oympic gold medallists Jayne Torvil and Christopher Dean will be at the Assembly Hall Theatre in Tunbridge Wells this weekend

One of the world's most famous ice dancers will be performing in Tunbridge Wells this weekend.
Jayne Torvill captured the nation's heart when she won gold at the Winter Olympic alongside dance partner Christopher Dean.
Their performance at the 1984 Sarajevo Winter Olympics was applauded worldwide, with an audience of 24million in Britain watching the pair score 12 perfect six marks.
Ms Torvill will take to the ice in Tunbridge Wells on Sunday with her daughter Tilly, with the public able to join them.
The mother and daughter will perform on the Assembly Hall Theatre's ice rink at 4pm.
The event is free to watch, while the paying public will have the chance to share the ice with an Olympic gold medallist.
The Assembly Hall Theatre is in Crescent Road, Tunbridge Wells.
