Staff and shoppers in a busy shopping centre in Tunbridge Wells have been evacuated this morning.
Alarms at the Royal Victoria Place Shopping Centre in Calverley Road went off just before 9am this morning and people were directed to exit.
It is thought the evacuation is a drill carried out to comply with fire regulations - which is meant to be carried out twice a year.
A Kent Fire and Rescue spokesperson said crews have not been called.
Shoppers were forced to exit the centre earlier this year when a fire broke out in staff toilets.
