Tunbridge Wells station partially closed after man is pronounced dead near Vale Road

A railway station had been partially closed this morning (May 11) after a as found dead nearby.
Police and paramedics were called at around 5.16am to Vale Road in Tunbridge Wells due to concerns for the welfare of a man.
As part of their inquiries, officers closed the entrance and exit to platform one at the railway station.
The force has since confirmed that a man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene.
The death is being treated as non-suspicious and his next of kin have been informed.
A report will be completed for the coroner
Passengers were advised to enter and exit the station from platform two.
