Teenager Connor Hewett charged with knuckle duster assaults in Tunbridge Wells HIgh Street

A teenager has been charged with attacking two men with a knuckle duster in Tunbridge Wells.

The pair were allegedly assaulted during a fight involving a group of people in the High Street between 2.50am and 3am on Sunday.

Connor Hewett, 19, of Aldervale Cottages in Crowborough, Sussex, was arrested in connection with the incident.

He has now been charged with two offences of assault and one of possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.

Hewett has been bailed to appear before Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, September 12.
