Teenager attacked in Mount Pleasant Road, Tunbridge Wells, on the weekend

A teenager was left bloody, battered and bruised after an attack in Tunbridge Wells town centre.
The girl had been on a night out with friends and was waiting for a taxi in Mount Pleasant Round at 2.45am yesterday morning.
It was then she was attacked by a man who allegedly stepped out of a taxi and hit her twice in the face, knocking her to the ground.
A friend of the victim, who police say is aged 15, has asked anyone with information to come forward.
She wrote: "Please share this to find the person who did this. She was attacked by a man just before Tunbridge Wells station at around 4am last night (Sunday night, early Monday).
"The man who did this was aged roughly late 20s early 30s and got into a taxi with a man believed to be called Darren.
"If you know of anything please get in touch to find the scumbag who did this."
The post has been shared over 800 times and support for the victim has poured in.
A Kent Police spokesman confirmed officers are investigating the assault.
