A 30-year-old Ramsgate woman and a 36-year-old man have been arrested after a man's body was found at an address in Rusthall Grange, Rusthall .

A man who was found dead at a flat in Rusthall has been named locally.
Police discovered the body at Rusthall Grange, near Tunbridge Wells, at around 11.30am yesterday, after they received "a report of concern for welfare".
People who live in the area have today named the man as Starbuck.
A resident who did not want to named, said: "He was a nice guy who kept himself to himself. He would pop up every now and again.
"He was battling some demons and he was trying to turn his life around but now he's gone.
"I've lived in the area for more than 30 years and he's always been about. He used to beg in Tunbridge Wells."
The man added Starbuck was well-known in the area and had distinctive piercings, including a ring through the nose septum.
A 30-year-old woman from Ramsgate and a 36-year-old man, of no fixed address, have been arrested in connection with the death.
The pair have been released on bail until Tuesday, June 9 while officers investigate the circumstances surrounding the death.
