Two people who were arrested after a man was found dead in Tunbridge Wells have been released without charge.
Emergency services descended on flats at Rusthall Grange after the discovery of a man's body in April.
A 30-year-old woman from Ramsgate and a 36-year-old man, of no fixed address, were arrested in connection with the death, but have today been released.
The man, named locally as Paul Starbuck, was well known in the area and is said to have had distinctive piercings, including a bar through his nose.
At the time, a resident who did not want to named, said: "He was a nice guy who kept himself to himself. He would pop up every now and again.
"He was battling some demons and he was trying to turn his life around but now he's gone.
"I've lived in the area for more than 30 years and he's always been about. He used to beg in Tunbridge Wells."
