Kent Fire and Rescue cut woman from car on A268, Rye Road in Hawkhurst

Emergency crews were called to an incident near Tunbridge Wells this morning, where a woman was cut from a car.
Firefighters attended the scene on A268 Rye Road, Hawkhurst, today after a car left the carriageway and ended up in the front garden of a property.
Paramedics assessed the casualty after being called just after 10.40am.
It was reported that the car left the road, no other vehicles are believed to have been involved.
Kent Fire and Rescue used hydraulic rescue equipment to release the woman, aged in her 70s, from her car.
The woman reportedly had lower back pain, she was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Kent Police and SECAMB were also in attendance.
They left the scene at 11.45am.
