A doggy event that appeared on Dragons’ Den is coming to Kent and offering the county’s pooches “the world’s only Pupuccino Bar”.
POP+BARK will be hosting the Labrador Cafe in The Manor House in Church Road in Tunbridge Wells later this month.
Following successful events in London, Birmingham and Manchester, POP+BARK is now bringing the “ultimate feel-good” event to the Kent nightclub.
The canine experience company will be taking over the entire venue on Saturday, June 22, to host an off-lead social experience for Labradors and their owners.
The event is the brainchild of POP+BARK creators James and Anushka Fernando, along with Bertie the Pug, who were featured on the BBC show Dragons’ Den.
They pitched their innovative dog events along with their passion for bringing together a community of dog lovers.
Their Kent event allows dog owners to bring their four-legged friends to the Pupuccino Bar, where their Labradors can enjoy all sorts of dog-friendly toppings, from fresh blueberries to peanut butter sprinkles.
Freshly-baked Pupcakes, Dognuts, Jammy Doggers, Pawbons and more will also be available.
There will also be doggy-sized furniture, fun props, a bubble party and cute photo opportunities, as well as shopping stalls.
Labrador owners will be able to mingle with like-minded people who share their love for the breed.
The event is open to all dog lovers, whether you have your own dog in tow or not and offers a chance to meet up to 50 Labradors at one time.
The inclusive event, which welcomes off-lead dogs, allows visitors to spend time with Labradors dogs, whether you’re considering getting a Lab of your own or simply want to enjoy the company of the dogs on the day.
Anushka said: “Labradors are one of the UKs most popular breeds so it was about time we extended the fun to these crazy, bundles of joy.
“Labrador Cafe is a safe, off-lead experience where Labs can roam, explore, and play with other Labs.
“With heaps of cute photo opportunities, doggy furniture, and props, the event promises to be a recipe for the happiest party ever.”
