A woman had to be cut free from the wreckage of her Smart coupe by firefighters after it overturned in an accident in Horsmonden Road, Brenchley, this morning.
Emergency services were alerted at 11.40am. The casualty, who was the driver of the vehicle, is understood to have suffered only minor injuries.
No other vehicles were involved.
The road was closed while the vehicle was recovered.
Firefighters used hydraulic cutting equipment to remove the roof of the vehicle that had ended up on its side following the crash.
A woman, believed to be in her 60s, was trapped by her injuries so crews worked closely with paramedics to create space to allow treatment.
The casualty was then taken to hospital by a waiting ambulance.
