Air ambulance called to Hartley Road in Cranbrook after three-vehicle collision

A woman has been taken to a major trauma centre following a multi-vehicle collision this morning.
Hartley Road in Cranbrook was shut after a collision involving three vehicles at around 8.25am.
Emergency services, including the air ambulance, police and paramedics, were called to the scene near Swattenden Lane.
Three fire engines were also at the site of the crash.
The road was temporarily closed but has since reopened.
A woman was taken to hospital for her injuries.
It comes as motorists face treacherous conditions today due to freezing temperatures.
A KSS air ambulance spokesman said: “A helicopter from Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS) was dispatched to Cranbrook today.
"Our crew helped treat the patient, involved in a road traffic collision, before transporting them to a major trauma centre by air.”
