Headcorn: Police appeal for witnesses after serious crash on the A274 Biddenden Road

Police are appealing for witnesses after a young man was seriously hurt in a crash involving three vehicles.
The collision happened just after 4.30pm yesterday on the A274 Biddenden Road near Headcorn and involved a black Volkswagen Golf, a black Ford Fiesta and a blue Mazda 3.
Firefighters worked to free two people trapped in one of the vehicles and the air ambulance landed in a field near the scene.
The driver of the Golf, a man his 20s, suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to a St George's Hospital in London for treatment.
One other person suffered minor injuries.
Officers from the serious collision investigation unit want to speak with anyone who saw the collision or the black Golf in the moments leading up to it.
