Crash closes A229 Cranbrook Roadin Staplehurst by the juction with Cork Lane after crash involving three cars and a motorcycle

A motorcyclist was taken to hospital following a crash which closed a Staplehurst road for six hours.
The collision, which involved three cars and a motorbike, happened on the A229 Cranbrook Road by the juction with Cork Lane, at around 10.40pm last night.
Police and paramedics were called to the scene and the motorcyclist was taken to a London hospital with serious injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
The road was closed until 4.40am this morning.
