Hawkhurst burglary sees jewellery and cash stolen from Horns Road home

Cash and jewellery have been stolen from a home overnight.

Police were called out at 11.30am on Wednesday after a door was forced through at a home in Horns Road, Hawkhust.

Crime scene investigators are hopeful they have gathered potential forensic evidence from the scene.

Kent Police officers were out yesterday (Wednesday) carrying out door to door enquiries following the burglary.

Detectives have now released an image of a man they feel may have important information for their investigations.

A spokesman from Kent Police said: "If you can help, call Kent Police on 01622 604100, quoting reference 46/152071/19. Alternatively, contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously, by calling 0800 555111 or using the anonymous online form at Crimestoppers-uk.org."
