Cash and jewellery have been stolen from a home overnight.
Police were called out at 11.30am on Wednesday after a door was forced through at a home in Horns Road, Hawkhust.
Crime scene investigators are hopeful they have gathered potential forensic evidence from the scene.
Kent Police officers were out yesterday (Wednesday) carrying out door to door enquiries following the burglary.
Detectives have now released an image of a man they feel may have important information for their investigations.
