Elderly woman in Tunbridge Wells Hospital following two car crash, with one towing a horse trailer, on A21 near Lamberhurst

An elderly female is in hospital following an accident between two cars, one of which was towing a horse trailer.
The accident happened on the A21 near Lamberhurst at 11.19am.
No people or animals were trapped in the accident but a man, woman and girl were placed in the care of paramedics.
The horse was placed in the care of a vet.
The collision occurred between the Blue Boys roundabout and a turn off for Goudhurst.
The road was closed in both directions but has reopened.
