Access to some properties in Water Lane may be limited this week due to road works.

Kent Highways will start carriageway work on Tuesday and it is expected to be complete by 7pm on Thursday.

The road will be closed from 7am to 7pm during these days but people living within the work site will be allowed entry, although there may be short periods when they cannot.

A signed diversion will be in place and this will take motorists via Potters Lane and A229 Hawkhurst Road.
