Woman freed by firefighters after crashing her car on Maidstone Road, Headcorn

A woman in her 20s was rescued by firefighters after she crashed her car in Headcorn.
The casualty was trapped inside her vehicle on Maidstone Road, near to the junction with Tattlebury and Stonestile Road, following the smash at around 2.35pm.
No other motorists were involved.
Kent Fire and Rescue attended and stabilised the car before using used rescue equipment to help release the woman.
She was removed from the car, suffering neck and back pain.
One ambulance crew attended the scene, and she was taken to William Harvey Hospital in Ashford.
