Crash on A229 Cranbrook Road leaves women and children in hospital

Two women are in a serious condition after a crash on the A229.
A white Fiat Ducato flat bed van and a blue Renault Twingo collided on Cranbrook Road near Gill's Green at around 11.45am on Monday.
The driver of the Twingo and a passenger, both women in their 20s, were treated at the scene and then taken to a London hospital.
They remain there in a serious but stable condition.
The women are from Tunbridge Wells and Cranbrook.
Two children who were sitting in the back of the Twingo and the driver of the Fiat van were taken to a local hospital for treatemnt.
Officers are now trying to establish the cause of the crash.
Anyone who saw the van or the car in the moments leading up to the collision, or who have dash cam footage from the area around the time, to contact them.
