New outside dining and garden menu at Frasers in Egerton

A new outside tapas terrace serving locally-sourced produce has opened at a hotel and restaurant in the county.
The terrace and new garden menu has been launched at the 300-acre Frasers estate, in the countryside at Egerton which comprises a restaurant, hotel and contemporary barn used for self-catering holidays, weddings and events.
The recently-completed outside terrace has socially-distanced tables with in-built lights and a heater in the tiled roof and complete with attached ice buckets to hold prosecco, craft beers and other beverages.
It will serve a selection of tapas small plates of delicious local treats, alongside seasonal offerings.
The menu includes tapas options from the field, the farmyard and the coast made with ingredients from the farm or sourced fresh from farms and producers within 36 miles of Frasers including Stanford Bridge Farm, Moons Green Charcuterie and Hinxden Farm.
Overnight stays in the self-contained guest rooms are also available while the Oast House has a private dining room for a household of up to six guests from the same family to enjoy and nearby Pond Cottage has a similar private dining room facility for four people from the same household.
All the rooms are self-contained, with no shared communal areas, and guests can check-in remotely using an app.
