Rock the Mote this weekend and other music festivals at Mote Park, Maidstone this summer

Wrong Jovi, The Phonics and Kingz of Leon are just some of the live tribute acts set to take to the stage in the county this weekend.
The live music will be part of the two-day Rock the Mote festival, held in Mote Park, Maidstone.
There will be two stages plus a fun fair, beer and cider village, food stalls and a circus school all in the park on Saturday, August 7 and Sunday, August 8.
The event first came to the park in 2019, and also managed to go ahead, socially distanced, last summer.
This year for the first time there is also camping facilities. Tickets are from £27.44 (including booking fee) at rockthemote.com
It is the first in a series of music festivals happening in the park this summer.
The next is Glitterbomb in the Park, which will be on Friday, August 13.
The LGBT+ festival will feature acts including Danny Beard, Adore Delano Baga Chipz and Sum Ting Wong plus tribute artists, drag performers, DJs and dancers. To find out more click here.
The Together Festival follows on Saturday, August 14, after being rescheduled a number of times.

After a break for the Race for Life events, the next event rounding off the summer in the park will be Let's Rock Kent.
The one day retro 80s festival comes to Mote Park will feature performances from Wet Wet Wet, Sister Sledge and Go West.
