Gentlemen of Few to perform in Deal and Dover this week

Acclaimed young bluegrass folk band Gentlemen of Few are performing a trio of free gigs on their home turf this week.
The group, from the Deal and Dover area, are made up of teenage musicians Jarrod Piner (pianist, accordionist and backing vocalist), Elliott Norris (guitar and banjo), Reece Forward (lead vocals and bass) and Luke ‘Kit’ Evans (drums and banjo).
They have been shortlisted for this year’s BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award and will be going up against three other bands at the ceremony next month.
See them in action at the Bowling Green Tavern in Deal on Friday, January 24, the Boars Head in Dover on Saturday, January 25 and the Wine Bar in Deal on Wednesday, January 29.
All three gigs start at 9pm.
