Britain’s biggest obstacle course is coming to Brands Hatch this weekend.

The Gung-Ho! is a 5k fun run, from the mind of CBeebies presenter Alex Winters and promises a giant ball pit, a maze of foam, and a rollercoaster sized slide dubbed Thriller on Saturday, June 4.

Alex said: “I came up with the idea after watching Ninja Warrior with my kids – they were saying how great it would be to do something like that.

"I immediately thought of It’s A Knockout, Takeshi’s Castle, Total Wipeout – TV shows that I and other people love but are never going to be able to take part in.”

“Brands Hatch is such an iconic location for this race and we hope everyone will have some serious fun.”
