Enter a world of wartime vehicles, battle reenactments and fascinating displays with this jam-packed weekend.
Whether you have a budding history buff in the family or are simply looking to learn more about wartime history, you will be in your element with a day out at one of the county’s biggest military shows.
Passionate re-enactors will be taking part in fierce battles and depicting real scenes from the Second World War in front of your eyes. Complete with dangerous weapons, realistic props and even explosions, these edge-of-your-seat performances will entertain everyone.
In the main arena, you can also catch the huge vehicle show, which brings beautifully and expertly restored vintage vehicles into the spotlight.
There will be entertaining and educational commentary about each vehicle so you can keep informed of all the facts and figures.
Make sure you stop off at the Living History Displays, where owners will be presenting their detailed displays to give you an insight into what life was like on the frontline and beyond.
This family show is topped off with military stalls and exhibitors, childrens’ entertainment and food stands, so you can really make the most of your day.
