Warm up, stretch and hydrate, as fitness festival LoveFit returns to the Kent countryside.
LoveFit is a three-day fully immersive festival bringing together fitness, adventure and wellbeing at the historic St Clere Estate in Sevenoaks.
During the day, fitness fanatics can throw themselves into a number of group workouts, competitive games, wellbeing treatments and talks from industry experts.
When the sun goes down, the festival turns into a thrilling forest party with a curated programme of dance, live bands, DJ sets and hot tubs.
“We want LoveFit to feel like an authentic music festival,” says CEO Lauren Bath. “The people at the forefront of the industry are so creative, they are performers and athletes. They are focused on reframing the way we view wellbeing.
“LoveFit was created as a platform to bring this type of innovative fitness into the mainstream. Our goal is to provide a space to motivate and inspire others to live better, find something to be passionate about and connect with others.”
There will be an array of exercises for visitors to take part in each day, including aerial hoop classes, women’s strength training, bike rides, yoga sessions, team sports, hikes, trail runs, dance classes, bootcamps and pole fitness.
The main stage will also host workouts from some of London’s best fitness trainers, including Instagram star Esmée Gummer, MTV's Beach Body SOS trainer Charlotte Holmes and Broga Yoga founder Matt Miller.
If you want to take it easy, there are also plenty of wellbeing treatments and activities on offer, such as cold therapy, massages, meditation, spa treatments, breathwork and mindfulness sessions, and the zen den.
When the sun goes down, you can enjoy an afterparty in the forest sanctuary hot tubs, where a live DJ will be playing until 1am, or dance under the stars as music is performed on the main stage.
During the festival, you can quench your thirst with natural cocktails and organic drinks from the bars, or try an ethically-sourced coffee or tasty shake.
There will also be plenty of healthy, balanced and delicious meals on offer from vendors such as Pokie and Roll, Wrap It and Vegan Junkies.
A weekend ticket includes bring-your-own-tent camping, with the option to upgrade to luxury glamping accommodation.
Ticket holders can book up to four classes and one hot tub slot in advance, and the rest are available on a first-come-first-served basis on the day, including unlimited drop-in sessions and main stage activities.
LoveFit Festival takes place at St Clere Estate, Sevenoaks, from Friday, July 15 to Sunday, July 17. Book tickets online here.
