Biddenden Tractorfest to celebrate 10th anniversary this August

Kent residents - and visitors - can connect with the county’s agricultural roots at the 10th anniversary of a rural farm festival.
Biddenden Tractorfest has been embracing the local farming industry for a decade and will return to Holden Farm, near Ashford, for two days this summer.
As the name suggests, tractors are still the main attraction and, this year, visitors can expect to see more than 200 vintage tractors, as well as steam engines, horticultural machinery, classic cars and military tanks.
There will also be a performance arena with exciting demonstrations, from dog shows with agility courses for our four-legged friends to falconry displays where birds will soar over the fields.
There will also be children’s workshops with activities such as chainsaw carving and axe-throwing, all organised with the help of the Kent County Agricultural Society.
To celebrate fresh produce from the area, there will be street food, summer cocktails and sweet treats from local businesses.
Kids can also get their faces painted and hop on the funfair rides, while the grown-ups gather around the Trailer Stage which will be hosting live music over the weekend.
Since launching at Biddenden’s recreational fields in 2013, the festival has become a staple of the summer calendar, only taking a break for two years during the pandemic.
Biddenden Tractorfest is on Saturday, August 17 and Sunday, August 18 at Holden Farm. Tickets can be booked online here.
Adult tickets start from £12.
