Fans of Thomas the Tank Engine are in for a treat at the Kent & East Sussex Railway (KESR).
Everyone’s favourite steam locomotive will be at Tenterden Station on Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29, together with his friends Annie and Clarabel and the Fat Controller.
Youngsters can enjoy rides on Annie and Clarabel, and help to fill an engine’s boiler with water.
The Thomas & Friends TV series will be shown on a giant screen, and children can dress up as their favourite characters from the show.
Other family entertainment will include Punch & Judy, a magic show, balloon modelling and face painting.
There will also be roundabout rides, a bouncy castle and colouring activities.
Tickets for A Day Out With Thomas cost £14.50 for adults, £11.50 for children aged up to 15, free for under 18 months, and £44 for a family.
They include a return steam train ride to Northiam Station. Gates open at 10am on both days. Call 01580 765155.
