British Touring Car Championship racer James Cole is guest guitarist at the Classic Rock Show: Assembly Hall Theatre, Tunbridge Wells, January 2015

The Classic Rock Show will hit the county at top speed this week, featuring British Touring Car Championship racer James Cole.
The 26-year-old, a former Formula Ford racing champion, will swap his racing suit for a guitar when the show visits the Assembly Hall Theatre, Tunbridge Wells on Thursday, January 15.
From the opening of Led Zeppelin’s Whole Lotta Love to Queen’s We Will Rock You, the show features rock anthems focusing on songs that have gained a golden status through their irresistible guitar hooks.
James said: “With the British Touring Car Championship season over I have the time to focus on my other main passion, music. People might think that being surrounded by 30 touring cars with their engines revving at the start of a race, waiting for the lights to go out, would give the ultimate buzz of adrenaline.
“But performing with a band of world-class musicians such as the Classic Rock Show on stage to a large crowd with the lights shining on you certainly comes very close.”
Starts 7.30pm. Tickets £32.50. Call 01892 530613 or visit www.assemblyhalltheatre.co.uk
