The Chase fans and those seeking a great laugh can now book tickets to catch award-winning comedian Paul Sinha at Hemsted Park on Saturday 29 April at Centenary Hall.
A trained medical doctor who is perhaps best known as the Sinnerman on the hugely popular ITV quiz show The Chase, Paul is also an award-winning comedian.
As a club comedian, Paul Sinha has played every major comedy club in the UK, performed in 18 other countries across the globe, and been three times nominated for Best Club Comedian at the Chortle Awards, winning in 2014.
Apart from being one of the UK’s finest quizzers, Paul has performed shows up and down the country and is hugely popular on the stand-up comedy circuit. On radio and TV, Paul has appeared several times on venerable favourites Just A Minute, The Now Show, The News Quiz, Would I Lie to You? and Taskmaster. Ticket prices range from £25 to £28 and the performance starts at 7:30. This show is not suitable for under-18s.
Hemsted Park is a leading performing arts venue in the heart of Kent, based on the stunning 250-acre site of the world-renowned Benenden School. There is a great selection of events suitable for everyone’s taste so you can also catch other brilliant acts including The Ronnie Scott's All Stars, and The BBC Big Band!
The performance spaces principally comprise the stunning new Centenary Hall, which has established one of the foremost concert halls in the South East of England, and the separate beautiful purpose-built Theatre.
Other spaces include The Bonnie Yeung-Tsang Recital Hall as well as the historic parkland that Hemsted Park is proud to call its home.
These multi-purpose spaces allow a wide range of events; with everything from standup comedy to full orchestras and from professional plays to children’s ballet shows, Hemsted Park is able to offer performances to suit all tastes.
Since the opening of the Centenary Hall enabled them to start welcoming the public to these wonderful spaces, Hemsted Park have already enjoyed hosting the likes of the English National Opera, the Philharmonia Orchestra, the Len Phillips Swing Orchestra and professional touring company Chapterhouse, all to strong audience acclaim.
