Pocket Comedy by all-male Propeller Theatre Company at Folkestone Quarterhouse
11:00, 25 February 2015
Pocket Comedy is an hour-long version of The Comedy of Errors performed by theatre company Propeller.
Shakespeare’s most farcical play tells the tale of two sets of estranged twins, separated at birth, who find themselves in the same city 25 years later.
A series of mistaken identities, assumed personas and wild mishaps bring a family crisis into heartwarming focus. Ideal for all ages from six upwards, this thoroughly modern, laugh-out-loud take on a classic is not to be missed.
Propeller is an all-male Shakespeare company that brings texts to vivid life. After the performance the actors engage in frank and uninhibited questions and feedback with the audience.
Folkestone Quarterhouse on Saturday, February 28 at 2.30pm. Tickets cost £6 for adults, £5 for children and £20 for families of two adults and two children.
