Giovanna, who has two children with McFly star Tom, shares the funny and moving personal tales of her own family life, while talking about everything from coping with mum guilt, to work/life balance and positive body image in her latest book, Letters On Motherhood.

She isn't afraid to admit that, while being a mum can be full of highs, there can also be lows too: one minute your heart is bursting with love and pride as you watch your family grow, the next you are practically on your knees with exhaustion, overwhelmed by the never-ending to do list. Motherhood is a rollercoaster.

She has also written several fiction novels, including her heartwarming debut, Billy and Me, and ventured into non fiction with her bestseller Happy Mum, Happy Baby, as well as co-wrote Eve of Man with her husband.

She was last at the shopping centre in Greenhithe in 2017, signing copies of her book Some Kind of Wonderful. Bookshop manager Nicki Golding said: “We love it when Giovanna visits us. She's a breath of fresh air."

Her appearance at Waterstones in Bluewater on Sunday, February 23 at 2pm is a ticketed event and admission - which includes a copy of Letters on Motherhood at £16.99 - costs £18.
