We've all got a little more green fingered while we've been at home, but until now we couldn't stock up on the plants we needed.
Now that garden centres have opened again - in time for the bank holiday weekend - we take a look at some of the county's independent garden centres, opening their gates to supply you with a splash of colour for your garden or outside space.
Remember to follow the social distancing guidelines; be prepared to wait, and make sure you have your list, as many do not allow browsing.
Brookside Garden Centre
The garden centre is open for shopping, rather than browsing, with social distancing measures in place and preferably only one person from each household. The garden centre is also offering two online delivery services for gardening products and plants.
Seven Mile Lane, East Peckham, TN12 5JG or visit brooksidegc-kent.co.uk
Spadework, Offham, West Malling
The garden centre's plants are all produced by adults with learning disabilities, who develop their independence and personal skills at the charity. Spadework has also been providing free
Sunshine boxes to vulnerable families in the community, with five on offer each day.
Spadework, Teston Road, Offham, West Malling, ME19 5NA or visit spadework.org.uk/garden-centre
Woodlands Garden Centre, West Kingsdown
The garden centre is now open on slightly reduced hours and also has a click and collect service.
Woodlands Garden Centre, Ash Lane, Ash,TN15 7EG or go to woodlandsgc.co.uk
Grovewell Garden Centre
The centre is now open, with limited numbers in store and the latest guidelines in place.

The small, as its name suggests, family-run business, specialising in fuchsias, has now reopened Monday to Saturday.
