Eight weeks of summer fun is set to be staged for all ages at Leeds Castle this year.

Summertime, which will bring adventure, music and drama to the castle, will begin with the hugely popular Leeds Castle Classical Concert on Saturday, July 9.

It will be followed by a range of activities for families and music, stage and film fans, and runs until Saturday, September 3.

The Maze Challenge

Each week throughout August, families can discover a different activity in the maze, from time challenges to hidden objects, which can be found by super sleuths solving clues. Aimed at all ages, it will be a test to see if you can make it to the centre. The challenge runs from Friday, August 1 to Sunday, August 31. The cost is included in the normal entry price.

Leeds Castle Mystery Quest

Solve puzzles, find clues and answer questions with treasure hunts and murder mystery activities during the quest, which runs from Monday, August 15 to Friday, August 19. Suitable for the whole family, the cost is part of general admission.

The Doodle Station

Youngsters and parents are invited to join cartoonist and artist Scott Walker in being creative with paint pens to make larger than life comical beasties. Draw your own monstrous creations for the gallery on Saturday, August 20 and Sunday, August 21.

Other events through the summer include open air film, theatre and opera in the castle.

Leeds Castle Classical Concert

This summer's concert will feature the P&O Ferries Choir, featured on the BBC's The Choir: Sing While You Work in 2013, with Gareth Malone.

Having recently released their first album, Ship to Shore, a choral collection mixing classical, gospel and pop.

Also returning this year will be the Definitive Rat Pack, who wowed the crowds last year and feature Stephen Triffitt, Mark Adams and George Daniel Long.

Celebrating its 38th year, the concert will include music and entertainment from the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
