There’s a busy weekend of live music ahead at Deal’s Lighthouse bar.

The house is guaranteed to be packed on Friday, October 24, when Afrobeat 12-piece Les Freres Smith will bring their groove from 8.30pm. Tickets cost £10 in advance or £12 on the door.

On Saturday, October 25 it’s local heroes Gentlemen of Few, fusing an old time bluegrass sound with hard rocking, youthful English vigour from 8.30pm. Entry is free.

The venue’s Sunday Service features blues and folk artists Fran McGillivray and Michael Burke on Sunday, October 26 from noon until 4pm. Entry is free and a Caribbean-style ‘reggae roast’ dinner will be served at a cost of £7.50.
