Kent restaurants with Michelin Stars included in the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2018

Both Kent's restaurants with Michelin stars have retained them, it has been revealed today.
Details of the eateries included in the exclusive Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2018 were revealed at a live event at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, London this lunchtime.
The award-winning Sportsman in Faversham Road, Seasalter, between Faversham and Whitstable, which is run by brothers Phil and Stephen Harris, has held a Michelin star since 2008 and retains its star again this year.
The West House at Biddenden, which is run by Graham Garrett, has had a Michelin star since 2008, and retains it this year.
More than 3,000 places to eat and sleep are recommended in The Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland, including restaurants and pubs awarded Michelin Stars for the quality of their food and Bib Gourmands, awarded to eateries offering particularly good value.
