It's tough - and you might need a friend to take it on with you.
Deangate Ridge Sports Complex has been transformed into Meangate, an extreme cross country obstacle course across the rolling hills and through the woods of the Hoo peninsula.
kmfm Breakfast's Garry and Laura took on the 8kms of mud - and more mud - and some 50 obstacles designed to challenge strength, stamina and resolve.
