Think of cherished loved ones away from the hustle and bustle of festivities.

The Heart of Kent Hospice’s Light Up a Life event, when people can celebrate and remember the life of someone special, and support the Aylesford-based hospice, will be held this weekend at Aylesford Priory.

Always very well attended, the outdoor event gives people the chance to dedicate a star in the memory of someone special and to honour their name in a book of remembrance.

This weekend’s event will be held on Sunday, December 4 at 4.30pm to 6.30pm at the Friars in Aylesford.

The annual event invites people to gather together to look back on the lives of those no longer with us and celebrate moments shared.
