We've found five famous faces bringing the laughs and sounds to Kent this week.

Al Murray, Landlord of Hope and Glory

The year is 2021. The world stands on the brink. Turmoil is the norm. Questions have been asked and none answered. What we need is one man, to step forward, one man with all the answers.

Unfortunately his rescheduled date at Margate Winter Gardens on Friday, October 15 was cancelled at short notice. The show is also at the Leas Cliff Hall in Folkestone on Thursday, October 21.

Rob Beckett, A Class Act

Rob will be talking to Emily Dean to launch his new book A Class Act at the Churchill Theatre in Bromley.

In his hilarious exploration of class, Rob tries to understand the life he lived growing up as a working-class kid in comparison to the life he lives now. Will he ever favour a craft beer over strong lager? When did it become normal for kids to eat sushi? Is he still working class? And, will it ever be acceptable to serve pie mash on a wooden board?

Rich Hall's Hoedown Deluxe

Rich’s acclaimed BBC4 documentaries - most recently Rich Hall’s Red Menace - and his Radio 4 series Election Breakdown have brought him a whole new legion of followers. He’s also a stalwart of QI and Have I Got News For You. But seeing the Hoedown is a whole different experience.

In 2010 the world was in a sorry state. Fast forward ten years and everything’s still going downhill. Stephen has had his own share of highs and lows too. And when the world gives him lemons, he adds gin, tonic, ice and a healthy dose of humour.

Radio royalty and kmfm DJ Tony Blackburn brings his hugely successful BBC Radio 2’s Sounds Of The 60s show to theatres, featuring songs, stories and memories from the golden decade of pop with music performed live by the Sounds Of The 60s All-Star Band & Singers.
