Gareth Gates and the cast of Jersey Boys will pay special tribute to the music of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons.
The pop singer, best known for his noughties hits such as Anyone of Us, Sunshine and Unchained Melody, is starring in a touring production of the Best of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons.
The show will be at the Central Theatre in Chatham on Friday, January 27. You can book tickets online here or call 01634 338338.
Gareth Gates first rose to fame as a contestant on the first series of Pop Idol in 2002.
He finished in second place to Will Young but, despite not winning the competition, he was soon signed to the BMG record label by Simon Cowell.
His first single, a cover of the Righteous Brothers hit Unchained Melody, reached No. 1 in the UK Singles Chart.
Since appearing on the TV competition, the Bradford-born singer has made his mark in theatre as part of several West End shows, including Joseph and His Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat and Les Misérables.
His new role sees Gareth stepping into the shoes of one of the biggest lead vocalists of the 1960s and 1970s.
The tribute show will celebrate the music, life and career of New Jersey quartet Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, best known for singles such as Sherry, Big Girls Don’t Cry and December, 1963 (Oh, What a Night).
The leading man will be joined by cast members from the smash hit West End and Broadway musical Jersey Boys and a live band.
