Indie rockers the Pigeon Detectives are performing a one-off Kent gig at Folkestone’s Quarterhouse
The Yorkshire band have sold over 500,000 albums and supported top acts including Kaiser Chiefs and Dirty Pretty Things, since forming in 2004.
And the five-piece are currently on a tour of the UK to promote their newly-released fourth album, We Met At Sea.
Lead singer Matt Bowman said: “We’re a live band. That’s where we cut our teeth, that’s where we’re most comfortable and that’s where we have the most fun. That’s also where we made our name.”
The gig starts at 7.30pm on Friday, November 1 in the Quarterhouse. Tickets £14. Call 01303 858500.
