Almost 200,000 people visited an exhibition featuring more than 50 works by Turner Prize-winning artist Grayson Perry in Kent this summer.
Grayson Perry: Provincial Punk at the Turner Contemporary in Margate attracted 192,177 between May and last week - making it the second most popular exhibition the gallery has had since it opened in 2011.
Its success has helped Turner Contemporary reach more than 1.7m visits in the four and a half years its been open.
The exhibition explored the artist's development from the early 1980s, with ceramics, tapestries, drawings, prints and films. There were also previously unseen collages and watercolour painted sketchbooks from the 1980s.
Director Victoria Pomery said: "It is testament to the artist and his work that the exhibition has been visited and enjoyed by so many. Thank you to all who visited the exhibition and to the artist, the lenders, our funders and those who helped make the exhibition possible."
Its next display, Risk, opens on October 10.
