Syd Arthur are back on home ground after touring across the US.
The psychedelic pilgrims are fresh from playing California’s Coachella and South by Southwest in Texas, to promote their new album – Apricity.
The band – Liam, Joel and Josh Magill and Raven Bush – will be taking the audience on a journey through a fusion of prog rock and jazz at the Gulbenkian in Canterbury.
Formed in Canterbury in 2003, Syd Arthur’s latest album is their fourth studio album and is released through Communion Records.
The home town gig comes on top of several performances at local independent record stores and signings.
The band said: “We look forward to seeing you in no time at all and cant wait for you to hear the new sounds!”
Joining them on the bill will be Leonie Evans, Luke Smith, the Quartet and Bison Bonasus.
The gig is on Friday, November 18, at 8pm. Tickets are £20 and the gig is suitable for age 14 and over.
