Reigning X Factor champion, Sam Bailey, is next week set to re-issue her No. 1 debut album, The Power of Love, ahead of her intimate live show in Margate in January 2015.
On Monday, December 1 - almost one year after she blew away millions of TV viewers, winning the X Factor 2013 - Sam will release the new album with added Christmas bonus tracks.
Sam, who was previously a Bexley prison guard and is a former North West Kent College student, originally released The Power of Love in March this year, going straight to No. 1 in the UK album chart. It became the fastest selling album of the year, going Gold within three weeks.
The re-issued version follows the recent birth of her third child, Miley Beau, and includes five new songs, including three Christmas-themed tracks, Silent Night, O Holy Night and Please Come Home for Christmas, along with an alternative version of original track Treasure and an electrifying version of With You, taken from Ghost – The Musical.
Having impressed fans across the country headlining the X Factor Tour earlier this year and appearing alongside Shane Filan at the Rochester Castle Concerts series in July, Sam is set to embark on her own UK tour throughout January and February 2015.
It will begin with a special preview show at the Margate Winter Gardens on Monday, January 26, when she will be supported by guest performers, Daughter of Davis.
Tickets are on sale from www.gigantic.com and from www.margatewintergardens.co.uk or via 01843 292795.
