Christmas World and Santa’s grotto will return to Dreamland in Margate this December
13:00, 12 August 2024
A magical Christmas grotto with elves, gifts and snacks is returning this December.
Christmas World will transform Dreamland, Margate’s vintage fairground, into a winter wonderland with lots of festive things to see and do.
The grotto will open from Friday, December 14 and will give visitors a chance to enter Santa’s workshop and meet his elves, who will guide them through activities such as making reindeer food and reading the Christmas storybook.
You can even meet Santa and receive a special present and a digital photo to take home.
Tickets are on sale now and can be booked online here.
You can also visit the free-to-enter Christmas World at Dreamland, which doesn’t include the grotto experience but still has plenty of activities, including an indoor snowball fight and electric sleigh ride.
There will also be live entertainment and festive performances, Christmas market stalls and seasonal food and drink.
Christmas World will be open on select dates from Friday, December 14 to Monday, December 23.
