Get ready for some high-flying, messy fun next month, whatever your age.
The 49th annual World Custard Pie Championships will be held in Coxheath near Maidstone on Saturday, June 4.
New to the championships this year will be a wet sponge throwing contest Ready Steady Sponge for children, which starts at 1pm.
For the pie contest, 28 teams of four will be taking part in the Battle of the Pies in Victorian costume or fancy dress, a must-see for all pie enthusiasts.
Strict rules mean judges will keep score before the top four teams will go through to the semi finals.
A grand parade of teams starts at 2pm, led in by a jazz band, with trophies being presented at 4pm after the final.
The fun takes place at Coxheath Village Hall in Stockett Lane, near Maidstone from noon.
