Joe Wicks, also known as YouTube sensation the Body Coach, will be signing copies of his new cookbook, Feel Good Food, in Bluewater’s Waterstones, near Dartford, this weekend.
The fitness fanatic, who found fame online with his back-to-basics health and nutrition content, will meet fans at the shopping centre on Sunday, March 20. The signing is a ticketed event and costs £12, which includes a copy of the book.
Feed Good Food features over 100 recipes from the exercise enthusiast, whose previous books include Joe's 30 Minute Meals, the Fat Loss Plan and the best-selling Lean in 15 series.
This book is the latest in Joe’s mission to get the nation healthier and happier through nutritious food and daily movement.
Joe first caught the attention of his online audience through social media as the Body Coach, where he would share his fitness tips, workout videos and his now-famous 15-second recipe tutorials.
He began his own YouTube channel, the Body Coach TV, in 2014 to share his HIIT-style home workout videos. The channel now has over 2.7 million subscribers and his videos have been viewed over 300 million times.
During the pandemic, the fitness coach began live streaming PE with Joe, a daily morning exercise session aimed at children to help them keep fit while the schools were closed. The live streams featured fun family-friendly events, such as Fancy Dress Friday, and reached almost 1 million viewers during their peak.
Joe will be signing copies of his book, Feel Good Food, from 1pm at Waterstones, Bluewater, this Sunday.
Tickets cost £12 and can be booked online here.
