One of the county's biggest theatres has reopened to audiences this week, for the first time since closing due to the pandemic in March last year.
The Orchard Theatre in Dartford reopened, at full capacity, with The Rocky Horror Show.
Audiences will notice some changes, including handwashing stations, social distancing measures and additional cleaning regimes.
In a statement, the theatre said: "We have remained committed to audiences returning as soon as we were able, to experience live theatre and performance at The Orchard Theatre which is renewed, improved and has your safety as our number one priority."
Richard O’Brien’s legendary rock ‘n’ roll musical, part of a sell-out worldwide tour, has been seen by more than 30 million theatergoers and stars Strictly winner Ore Oduba as Brad Majors.
The show runs from Tuesday, August 31 until Friday, September 3, when it will be followed by shows including Grease the musical from Monday, September 13.
Ore said: "People want to laugh and be uplifted and to be able to forget about everything for a couple of hours. It’s all about ‘Leave your inhibitions at the door - we haven’t got time for that’.”
It will also be at the Churchill Theatre, Bromley next year, from Monday, January 17 until Saturday, January 22.
