This summer has seen a string of huge artists such as Tom Jones, Queens of the Stone Age, Olly Murs and McFly perform at Margate’s Dreamland venue.
The concerts have been part of this year’s Margate Summer Series, which is coming to a close this month with three final events.
The outdoor venue has lined up some top artists to see out the season throughout September including The Streets, Two Door Cinema Club and UB40.
Kicking off the month is innovative music group The Streets, who will be bringing a rare live performance to the vintage fairground.
The Birmingham collective, fronted by vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Mike Skinner, became influential in early 2000s UK garage with the release of their 2002 debut album, Original Pirate Material.
Since then, they have been nominated for numerous BRIT Awards and the Mercury Prize, and have sold millions of albums worldwide.
Their biggest hits include tracks such as Has It Come to This, Fit but You Know It and Dry Your Eyes.
The Streets will be at Dreamland on Friday, September 8 and you can book tickets online here.
The following day, indie band Two Door Cinema Club will take to the outdoor Scenic Stage.
The trio are best known for singles such as What You Know, Undercover Martyn and Something Good Can Work.
The Northern Irish band has become one of the biggest indie acts in the UK since the release of their debut album, Tourist History, in 2010.
You can book tickets to their concert on Saturday, September 9 online here.
Finally, rounding off the month with the last Margate Summer Series concert at Dreamland is UB40 featuring Ali Campbell.
The reggae and pop collective are known for hits including Red Red Wine, Kingston Town and new single We’ll Never Find Another Love from their latest album Unprecedented.
UB40 last performed at Dreamland in 2021, but this will be their first time playing at the venue since the passing of their trumpet player Astro.
The group will be in Margate on Saturday, September 30. You can book tickets online here.
This month also sees a number of artists performing at some of Dreamland’s smaller indoor venues.
Public Image Ltd, fronted by former Sex Pistol John Lydon, will be playing at Hall By the Sea on Tuesday, September 12.
DJ duo BICEP will also be headlining a sold-out multi-room warehouse party at the Hall By the Sea and Roller Disco on Friday, September 15.
Tickets to all upcoming events can be booked on the Dreamland website.
